Cash Cow Co-op

Directory

Farms, Gardens, Restaurants and CSAs

Marketing can be challenging for small and independent producers, but through cooperative resource sharing, producers can join forces to create a bigger impact.

Cash Cow Co-op allows farmers to pool their resources, sharing marketing costs and reaching a broader audience. This collective approach amplifies their message, increases brand recognition, and ultimately boosts sales.

Cooperative marketing is a powerful tool that allows small-scale producers to compete with larger corporations while maintaining their independence.

Our Values

Sustainable farming is more than a trend—it’s the future of agriculture. We’re committed to promoting farming practices that protect the environment, support animal welfare, and ensure long-term viability for producers. Our members prioritize sustainability by adopting techniques that reduce waste, conserve water, and minimize the use of harmful chemicals. By supporting sustainable farming, you’re not just buying meat and produce—you’re investing in a healthier planet and future generations.

In today’s world, more consumers are prioritizing ethical choices in their purchases, including the meat they consume. At Cash Cow Coop, we emphasize ethical meat and food sourcing, ensuring that all our producers adhere to humane animal welfare practices. This means livestock are raised in environments that prioritize their well-being, with access to pasture, proper nutrition, and a stress-free life. By choosing ethically sourced meat, consumers can enjoy their meals with the knowledge that they are supporting humane and responsible farming.

The farm-to-table movement continues to gain momentum, Cash Cow Coop is proud to be part of it. Our platform connects consumers directly with farmers, offering fresh, locally-produced meat options that haven't traveled thousands of miles to reach your plate. Farm-to-table is not only fresher but also supports local economies and reduces the environmental impact of transportation. By choosing Cash Cow Coop, you’re embracing a lifestyle that values quality, sustainability, and community.

Mayborn Acres

Mayborn Acres can trace it's roots to when Jamie cut processed foods from his diet. The more real, local food he ate, the better he felt and the more energy he had.

As time went on, others expressed interest and Jamie started providing the same ethically raised, nutritious, and delicious pastured poultry. Now he raises several batches a year.

The chicks are seasonal. Mayborn Acres runs limited batches during the summer when they can run the chicks outside in chicken tractors. This not only provides the benefits of being outside, but also helps to build the soil health.
